Then they both stopped on the side of the road... While shaking their coats to bring down the dust of the path, they looked back towards the fertile meadows from which they had picked the flowers. Fifteen years already playing together! Trained in classical school, acquired for the contemporary cause, curious about music from all over the world, Frédéric Aurier and Sylvain Lemêtre wanted to write the score that resembled them. Performers, composers and improvisers, they gathered the seeds they had patiently collected: musical theatre and electro pop, stuffed at five or seven times, Ligeti and Machaut, which is at the bottom as what is at the top... They seized the zarb and violin, the nyckelharpa, the framed drum and the Tibetan bowls, and they also found on the embankment a threaded rod and a clock of Newton. SuperKlang was born: a ping-pong between sampling and folksong, gangs of gongs not bling-bling that swing, to make the mandingues crazy ... Bing! It goes looping, and it comes back to you in boomerang, in a supersonic bang! They then turned their gaze forward... the horizon was far away... they set off again!
